Carefull planing

The plan is the following;
Taking Iberian Airlines on the 12th of Nov in the morning, we fly via Madrid to Buenos Aires. After an approx 17 hours we arrive in the capitol of Argentina and spend there a short night, to take the first plane on the day after to Ushuaia. It is an other 4 hours flying within the country. Ushuaia is about 3500km south of Buenos Aires.

Here we take a car and start our road trip, touching the following landmarks/villages;
Ushuaia- ferry over the straight of Magellan - Punta Arenas(Chille) - Torres del Paine National Park - El Calafate - Mt. Fitz Roy - Teckla - Trellew - Ushuaia covering approx. 4000-4500km in total, out of this 3000km on dirt roads of the famous Routa 40 of Argentina. After flying back to Buenos Aires, we will have 4 days to explore different sides and parts of the latin american Paris as the tourist guides refer to BA. Maybe there will be enough time even for a short ferry trip to Uruguay.
